Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or part.

Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced. Please treat your certificate/card as cash.

Gift cards must be presented at the time of booking and prior to the commencement of the service.

Gift cards may be used towards all treatments or other services offered by Peach Nanoplasty & Beauty Lounge, subject to availability and booking requirements.

Any unused balance will remain on the gift card until expiry and can be redeemed in future visits within the validity period.

Gift cards are not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless specified.
