Booking Policy

At Peach Nanoplasty & Beauty Lounge, we are committed to creating a sanctuary-like experience for every client. To ensure the highest level of care and attention, we kindly ask you to review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

General Booking Guidelines

  • Appointments Required: All services are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins, as this allows us to allocate a therapist and provide the private, sanctuary-like atmosphere you deserve.

  • Client Privacy: We only take 1–2 hair clients at a time to ensure full attention and a restorative experience.

  • Silent Appointments: Clients can add-on silent appointment to their service, where conversation is set aside to allow for quiet reflection and relaxation.

Service-Specific Requirements

Nanoplasty & Hair Extensions

  • For Nanoplasty, please shampoo your hair the night before or on the day of your appointment without using conditioner. Arrive with dry, clean hair.

  • For Hair Extensions, please arrive with clean, dry hair, free from product build-up.

  • If you prefer, you may opt for a wash in the salon. This will add 30–40 minutes to your service and incur a $25 fee.

Head Spa, Lash & Brows, Waxing

  • All treatments are performed using vegan, cruelty-free products (sulfate- and paraben-free for hair care).

  • Please arrive on time to ensure the full service can be delivered.

Deposits

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule with sufficient notice.

  • The deposit amount will be applied toward your final service cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

No-Shows

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full deposit being forfeited.

  • A no-show may also require prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

  • Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to avoid impacting the next client.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.

Unforeseen Circumstances

If a stylist/therapist becomes unavailable due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly, though rescheduling may be necessary without additional fees. 

Methods of Payment

While we do offer EFTPOS facilities for convenience, please be aware that EFTPOS payments will incur a 1.6% card surcharge. 
We have other forms of payment such as payID or bank transfer. 
We appreciate your cooperation and support in choosing alternative payment methods whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding!

Additional Notes

  • Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

  • Children or guests are not permitted in the treatment area to maintain the sanctuary-like atmosphere.

  • Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

We empathise with genuine emergencies and unfortunate circumstances, and are happy to offer solutions that can help make things easier for clients, ensuring that their specific situations are addressed within our booking policy.
